Hi I'm Sharon, your online Pilates BFF, here to empower you to become more confident, connected, and at peace in your body & in life. Through my years of practicing and teaching Pilates, I’ve come to realize that the combination of movement and mindfulness is the secret sauce to just about anything. But I also understand the struggle to fit it all in – between kids, work, house work, and social commitments… it’s a lot.
Spoiler alert: I have a lot of experience working with people to transform their outlook on fitness. My approach is rooted in knowledge, authenticity, and sustainability to help you move in a way that feels good to you.
